Equity is determined by multiplying the appraised value of
your home by 80% then subtracting the balance of your mortgage.
The credit union may place a 3rd lien on any property if you

Similar to a Home Equity Loan but more convenient. Once approved,
you are provided with checks to access your funds. That’s

Prime Rate and is adjusted quarterly.
